it comes to cuisine, integrity & freshness is everything.
Much pride and passion is put in every dish. Our food
has its own culinary style, I like to call it impressionistic.
Traditional yet spontaneous. After 14 years in the kitchen,
I can finally say food is my life. I live it - read
it - breathe it and eat it, wouldn't know what to do
without it.
